Our branch usual opening time is at 10:00 AM, but we are starting counters at 9:30 only,
Our lunch time is at 2:00PM usually for 30mins, but we are finishing it as quickly as possible appx in 10-15 mins that too on rotation basis and returning back to counters, 
Our counters close time is at 4:00 PM but we are accepting cash deposits and exchanges upto 7:00-7:30PM
Our End Of Banking hours are normally between 6:30-7:00PM which are now extended to 9:45-10:15PM
We used to reach homes by 8:00-8:30PM, but we are reaching at 11:30-12:30

Yesterday we leaved branch around 10.30 and reach home at 12.20 

Of course you already knew that we are working on holidays also. I need not explain about our pressure at branches due to heavy inflow of public and huge amounts of cash.
Yesterday we  cross 700.  voucher  with total 5 staff member  From morning to night every of my staff member behave with customer very politely. ,   still none of us will complain against huge load or overtime. I am really grateful for my all staff . We are doing this not just because it Is our Duty as a BANKER, we are doing this because it is our Duty as an INDIAN. We are ready to go to any extent to serve this Nation.

But it is hurt us that our Union leader are silent. They forget to asked us about  the present situation. Forget to asked when we  leave the branch or how tackled the huge work load with just 5 staff.

 It also hurts us most when customers try to show his superiority over bankers by trying to influence Them through his contacts and recommendations, Demands us to accept cash deposits even after we close counters late in the evenings, compares the services of other bank branches which also follows same timings, arguing with us, behave in unruly manner etc,.. We don't expect much respect as I know you don't have any, but don't forget that we are also educated, well behaved, and most importantly a fellow human being who also have a personal life which we kept aside to serve you. Behave well, have some discipline, have patience. 

Another thing also hurt us  when retired employee   request us to exchanged money without maintains rule and regulation.. Without  submitting id proof they want to exchange 10000 or 20000 how we managed god knows. 

1.Handle the currency with care
2.Have patience when you go to banks for crediting money or exchanging it
3.All these days Bankers were asking to deposit your money into your account but you didn't do that, now you are going to bank to deposit money on your own, so be patient...the Banker is doing a favour to you or rendering extra service to you.
4. Don't panic...first go to a bank where you have account
5. Follow the instructions given by the bankers
6. Be cool and patient with your branch CASHIER, ...in the current situation BRANCH CASHIERS are LIKE OUR SOLDIERS so please respect them
7. Remember you are doing this in the interest of our nation...so please do it as a National Service.....
